Vegetarian food made easy : Tou Fu Roll

A lot of people ask me about how to cook a very simple, healthy and delicious Vegetarian's food to their family, but they don't know how to make it. I have a recipe can share with you. [ Tou Fu Roll ]

My friends are always feeling excited when I'm making the "Tou Fu Roll", Because is super tasty , easy to make and delicious. Definitely give it a try!



Tou Fu Roll's Ingredient

Cook Time: 30 mins Servings: 4 rolls

  1. 8 pcs Soybean Curd

  2. 2 pcs Toufu

  3. 1 Egg yolk

  4. 1 Egg white

  5. 1 teaspoon Salt

  6. 1 teaspoon Mushroom Powder

  7. 1 teaspoon White Pepper Powder

  8. 1 tablespoon Rice Flour

  9. 1 tablespoon Flour

  10. 4 pcs Toufu Skin

  11. 4 pcs Seaweed

  12. 1 tablespoon Cooking oil

  13. 3 tablespoons Sesame sauce


1. First, let's make Tou Fu. Cut the soybean curd to small cubes.


2. Blend the soya bean curd cubes to puree.


3. Smash the tou fu to puree.


4. Combine the soya bean puree, tou fu puree, egg yolk, sat, rice flour, mushroom powder and white pepper powder thoroughly.


5. Prepare another pow to combine the flour and egg white thoroughly . Starch


6. Put a piece tou fu skin on the table and wipe it to efface extra salt on the tou fu skin.


7. Spread the starch on the tou fu skin.


8. Put a piece of seaweed on the tou fu skin.


9. Put the tou fu mix on the seaweed and make it like a fish fillet shape or roll shape.


10. Cover the tou fu.


11. Put it in the steamer to steam it with medium heat for 7-8 mins.


12. After 7-8 mins take the tou fu roll and score the surface lightly.


13. fry the tou fu roll until the surface light gold with medium-low heat.


14. After that, pour the sauce over the tou fu roll. Then we are done!



Recipe note

The tou fu can match with a lot of sauce. So, You can change to your own recipe sauce to make the taste to another level
